Shipping policy

At EtherealPlot, we believe in mindful creation. To reduce waste and ensure the highest quality, each piece is printed specifically for you only after an order is placed.

1. Production & Processing Time

Because your items are custom-made, they require a production period before shipping:

• Standard Production: 3-5 business days.

• During peak seasons (holidays), production may take up to 7 business days.

• We appreciate your patience while we craft your ethereal pieces with care.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been mindfully crafted and handed over to our carriers, the estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5-7 business days.

• International: 10-20 business days (depending on the destination).

• Note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@etherealplot.com containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

• It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label is created.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• EtherealPlot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and email us at support@etherealplot.com within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately.

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
